– The institution that wins the award is not eligible to compete for the award in the following cycle after the cycle in which it won.
– An institution that did not win in any of the award cycles may submit a new application to compete in the subsequent cycle.
– All information obtained by the General Secretariat of the award through evaluation and oversight processes is confidential between the award and the institution.
– The Marketing and Media Committee will notify or convey any information to the institution related to the award via official email, which is considered official notification.
– The official email of the institution’s coordinator with the award is considered the approved email.
– The award may be withheld from one or more categories based on a recommendation from the General Secretariat of the award and a decision from the Board of Trustees of the award, if there are sufficient justifications for withholding.
– Evaluation, assessment, and sorting committees are selected independently and must ensure there is no conflict of interest, while maintaining complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by participating institutions.
– Institutions are not allowed to contract with any member of the award’s evaluation team for consultancy or private work for a period of two years from the date of evaluation.
– Mandatory or optional participation fees are non-refundable, and participating institutions are not entitled to request refunds after payment.
– The award has the right to conduct studies on the impact of the award and apply the award model to winning institutions.
– The High Committee has the right to modify the award’s timeline.
– The official language for all data and evaluations is Arabic.
